It has been a great year to be involved in Eastview High School Football!! Last year, our Lightning finished as section runners-up. The previous season, we won the Section 3AAAAA Championship and advanced to the State semi-final game at the Metrodome. We anticipate similar success this coming football season.
Many exciting things are in store for 2009 and we want you to be a part of it!!

First, we are continuing to install our brick paver patio welcoming Lightning Football fans to Lightning Stadium. The name of your family, player, student, coach, teacher, team or business can become a part of Eastview Lightning Football history. Preserve your high school memories or honor someone special. This is a unique way to display your support for Lightning Football. The Victory Circle is sponsored by the Eastview Lightning Touchdown Club and all proceeds will be used to support the needs of the EVHS Football program. Order your lasting legacy today.

Second, join us at Lightning Stadium on Friday, August 28, 2009 for the Lightning Pre-Season Kick-Off Bash. This event will be open to the entire Eastview community, EVHS alumni, players, parents, relatives and friends and will involve football players (3rd-12th grade), the EVHS Dance Line and EVHS Band. There will be local business booths, food, music and rides, activities and games for younger kids. Our ELTC mascot (Zeus) as well as former Viking and Lightning players will be in attendance for photos, autographs and book signings. Mark your calendar and plan on joining in the fun.
